Can an unregistered association file a writ petition

Hi, i have a certain doubt, can an unregistered association file a writ petition before the supreme court under Art. 32

Even an unincorporated association can approach the Apex Court under Article 226 so it can under Article 32 of the Constitution. Akhil Bharatiya Sashi Karamchari Sangh Vs Union of India AIR 1981 SC 298
