Can a unregisteredsale deed be executed for selling of a car

Hi , I Would like to understand if an unregistered sale deed is valid for selling of a car. The whole intention is to transfer ownership to my father, without changing name on the vehicle registration copy. This is a Taxi vehicle. I am doing this to avoid income tax on my name.

No. Registration of motot vehicles is not under the purview of the registration department. It is the domain of tramsport dept,
