bail after discharging thoeugh settlement in 498A and 354 A

When there is mutual divorce what for is the security Bond? had your wife termed that as condition or just court is asking for that ?

Just ask your lawyer to clsarify .Don' give any such bond if not agreed between your wife and you,may be in future you wife creates nay prob.

1. since the FIR is not quashed, therefore, you have to take bail and attend the hearings,

2. you have to apply for the discharge/quash on the basis of the compromise in the trial Court or the concerned High Court
