Avoid land ceiling by registering for multiple companies

2 persons (husband & wife) are the only shareholders of a company. Whether the land registered in the name of the company be considered while calculating excess land holding under the Kerala Land Reforms act.?

Is there any judgments related to the same in any other state across India?

no because the land is in the name of the company and not individual name. hope th e company is registered with the registrar.

If you are talking about the company's acquisitions of land, which are registered in the Company's name, then you as individual has no ownership rights on it so you need not show those land registrations......

But, if the land are being registred in your names and used for the purpose company, that means you are having the ownership rights on the land, so you must show them.........

Company is a legal person and you have no rights over any f the company's property, (you will have rights only as share holders on profits/losses) it will be dealt separately in the name of the company it self........ you act onlky as the working members of the company........
