arrest under 498A if FIR is registered

Sir,

FIR has been registered under 498A,406,34. If arrestvcould be made without giving 7 days notice against the ciurt orders for giving 7 days notice on registration of FIR.

No arrest made without giving notice and referring both the parties for mediation process as per rule made by the Supreme Court of India.
