will you please suggest on below matter
We have registered our community society , its name is 'Akhil Bhartiya Raina Mahasabha' to operate in all india. It is regsitered , at kasmirigate , delhi. It works for the welfare for the comunity and does works like group marriage , helping weaker sections of community and other.
Now , we are facing a problem , that , a person 'Mr. Khem chand' is 'adhyaksha" of this society. He does nothing and there is none of his involvement in the society. But , he always creates a barriers, in general works by creating various problems.
We are around 15-20 memebers of the society want to remove him from this designation and want to expel him from society. He is only nominated , not the elected .
Will you please help us in this regard. How to remove him and his 2-3 members ?
