Wrong khata number in land deed but mutation right khata number.

A land deed registered wrong khata number 125 instead of 25, but plot number,boundry and tauji number right in land deed. Also this land mutated right khata number 25. Should i buy this plot? Can any problem in future from first party? Dear sir please solve my problem?

Ji, it is the best to get a rectification deed by your seller from his seller..  then only no problem.
