Written objection

The defendant filed a supplementary Examination-in-chief. The plaintiff objected to it by filing application after four Court dates and after six months. Is there any limitaion period for filing such objection? If there is then under which statute?

you can bring  your objection to the notice of the court, if the pleadings are absent in the WS.
