Would i get back value of my stolen property ?

A thief had stolen my laptop, tablet and cash (overall value around 1.38 lac). In the chargesheet accused have been booked under section 380, 411 and 420. Have any possibility to get recovery of stolen property value ? If not Then What could be the maximum punishment?
