Worker- attitude

Dear All,

Worker deny to work after shift time,  he will get OT benefit  but he denied to work after shift time, Moreover  he is member of Union.

We know that maximum OT hours per month  is 58 hours but if employee denied to do OT  what is the legal course  action against him.

He never follow supervisor’s advise and not doing the work as per need.

The worker engaged at stores and  he  has fixed his shift time by own  ( 8 AM  to 5.15 PM)  but stores

Executives shift time is  begin  9 AM .  The stores executives ask to the workman to come at 9 AM and he bring union Office bearer  for to support  him.
