hi experts,
Please guide me for below mention query
We have given work order for services now we want to make another work order which will be addendum to service work order which will include material supply by one other party, so can one more party be included in addendum work order ?
Also is is compulsory to enter separate contract bases on work order?
What is a legal standing of work order ?

in previous agreement have you mentioned any time period for the work order or for each work there will be a different work order
and if you have not mentioned any clause then you can issue different work order by adding new addendum
