Witness statement same ditto as in charge sheet

In corruption case on getting copy application I shock to see that prosecution sanctions authority PW1PW2 PW3 statement are same ditto as furnished in charge sheet. Even comma full stop etc in copy paste manner. I strongly believe that there are unusual happening with VAC and court. Can I challenge this injustice in HC and pray for fresh Chief examination? Cross examination is not conducted. Pl tell me the ruling.
