Will registration jurisdiction

Hi,

Good day to all,

My father has one property in district A and other property in district B and currently My father is living in district C from 9 years.

My father has made a will .

so my question is :

Can my register( in the registration office) the will in the district C where he is residing 

or 

he has to register the will (registration office) in one of the district (A or B)where the properties are there.

Please guide kindly.
