Wife cheated

Hi Sir,

My wife went to USA with out communicating to me on study visa 3 years before and I came to know that she is remarried.

Query1: Can I search information in Indian registration that she is remarried or not with her information like name?

Query2:Can I search in USA registration office if she married in USA?

Apply for divorce and get exparte .later u remarry another one.dont waste time by searching

File divorce on desertion and cruelty basis. She dnt want to live with you if you search her it will only wastage of your time.

Why are you worrying about her, instead of celebrating? Brother, you got one in a million opportunity. You are lucky. Now celebrate and make the most of it. File for divorce, get ex-parte and thank your ex-wife for all the (free) pleasures provided over the years. Enjoy.
