Who all have a rights on father property and what %

Hi

 

In my family my father owned a property and its a self purchased property of My father, Property in the name of Me and my father both, but i was minor when the property purchase, but i was involved in my dad's business even i was minor

Now my father wants to seperate the property he is around 65 and my mother is around 61, I am married and have a daughter which is 3.5 year, also i have two sister both are married under Hindu family.

please help me to understand do me, my mother and my sister have a rights in property, and how much percentage. and what are the legal obligation also,

If the property is in the name of you and your father then only you two have 50-50 share in it. Others do not have any share in it till your father is alive.

Can my mother also claim the share in my father share.
