Which itr applicable

Sir, my client is a worker in a shop at kolkata earn @ Rs. 6,000 /- pm. He has applied for bank loan for business purpose, now bank demand IT file for back 3 years. My question is that 1). How can he show his income and in which ITR form? 2). 2 years i.e 2014-15 & 2015-16 he can file but 2013-14 how he can file it? If he will file now for 2014-15 then any penalty will impose? Pls clarify me

If your client only have salary income then file itr1, but if he has other income also then file itr4.

NOW YOU CAN FILE ONLY TWO YEAR I T RETURN ONLY (i.e., F. Y 2014-15 & 2015-16 )

AND YOUR CLIENT IS WORKING IN A SHOP YOU CAN FILE ITR-1 ONLY , IF HE EARNS ANY OTHER INCOME OTHER THAN BUSINESS .

IF ANY BUSINESS INCOME YOU CAN FILE ITR-IV.

fROM bUDGET 2015-16 ONWARDS PEOPLE OR PERSONS WHO EARN .ESS THAN RS. 5 LAKHS   PER ANNUM NEEED NT FILENY INCOME TAX RETURNS. sO IT IS N OT MANDATORY.  IT'S ENOUGH  IF HE /Policy.FILES ITR FORM 2  FOR 2014-15 AND IF POSIVBLE 2013-14. gOVERNMETN WANTS  TO SHOW LOOK TOWARDS XOMMON MAN  APPROACH.

iF SHE HAS NO OTHE RSOURCE OF INCOME EXCEPT FDs in Bank wqorth Rs.10 LACS AN DbANK DEDUCTED rS.9800/-  topwards TDS SHE CAN FILE ITR  FORM 1 or Sahaj OR ITR fORM 2A  as per her wish to claim refund.. Sahaj or ITR form 1 can be fioled by  individuals only. Whewre as ITR form  2A can be filed either by individuals o rHUF.
