1. Read the reliefs prayed for in the plaint of the suit.
2. The cost of suit includes the court stamp fee affixed on the suit plait and the cost of litigation as fees paid to your advocate and if prayed for - compensation for filing a frivilous suit.

What document must I produce for fees paid to advocate? Or is the onus on the lawyer?
