What is the process for name change for agriculture land?

Hi,

I have land in my pre-marital name, it is not direct ownership but purchased under 32G category. I want to change my name to my married name and also add heirs to the 7/12. How should I proceed for this? Is there any online way to do this process?

Visit the concerend authrotiy e.g; Patwaari and submit the requisite documents......................as per preaviling guidelines and procedure e.g; Marriage Certificate............

Legal heir certificate/affidavit can be prepared.

Online Procedure;Check with Tehsildar's office.
