What are the address proof required in indian courts?

I want to know for Delhi Civil courts what are the acceptable address proof required to file a divorce case?

Is Home Rental agreement enough or do I need Voter ID, Passport, Pan Card etc. I already have these but with a different address which does not fall under the juridiction of Delhi court. If I am staying and working in Delhi, what can I submit in court?

Reference to context “Registered Rent Agreement” is considered ‘address proof’. If you have one then that will be considered as valid address proof.

You can fie rent agreement as residence proof. In addition you will also need Voter ID card for your identity proof. No matter the same is not of Delhi address.
