West bengal socity registration act .

I heard that society reistration Act in West Bengal has been changed.. Need to know more about it. Where can I get the Bare act?

It is the duty of public authority to upload such act in their website as per RTI Stipulations. If not, you can ask them to provide the copy of such new act. You can file application to Public Information Officer, Registrar of Societies for such copy.
