Can anybody put some light on the below stated issue of WCT.......
The Company is having a commercial project in Hissar(Haryana) .The Company is not registerred and deducting the WCT of the Contractors from their respective payments.Now,the Company wants to pay the WCT. So,to whom the payment of WCT is to be made and who is the concern authority for the same. Does the Company is required to issue the requisite form to the Contractors or else?????
