Want to remove husband's name from my property..

Hello,

Me and my husband taken joint loan. We have flat where i am first owner and he is second owner. My husband not invested any money in this property and he is not paying EMI as well. I want to remove his name from loan and property both. How can i do this?

U give a letter to concerned. along with Ur husband consent

Your query is not clear. Your husband may execute a Relinquishment Deed release his share in the property or Gift deed in your favour. for better option, the relinquishment deed. It is the only remdedy.
