Get the marriage certificate of foreign marriage certified by the Indian High Commission in the foreign country under the Foreign Marriage Act,1969 or get that foreign marriage registered under this Act in the foreign country where it was solemnised by the Indian High Commission. There is no further need for its registration in India under any other provision or Act.
