My wife has been telling lies in court? I have proofs on paper about it.
How to use this above fact in my favour?
I hate to file criminal complaint against my wife but now feeling helpless.....
My Legal Cousel told me about following:
CRCP 190...for crimes under perjury and felony under section 182, 191 of IPC.
CRCP 340...for wrong/conspriracy to cause death punishment under under section 195 of IPC.
Hence complaint under 190 is possible and not under 340.
Is above true?
How much would it cost to file complaints under 190 of criminal proc?
Is the Family Court judge not authorised or incompetant to take cognizance of complaints?
Why do I need to go criminal court or JMFC etc?
If I make complaint at Family court, Can't Family Court transfer my complaint to competant courts in the same city?
Please advise appropriately.
