Hi, I am a new member here. I want to know the duties, and working hours of an oath commissioner.Suppose a person who is on Govt. duty up to 5.30 P.M. in the evening at Delhi gets an affidavit made in the  same date at Dehradun , which is good 265 K.M.s away from Delhi and can not reach Dehradun before 10.30 or 11.00 P.M.Can there be action taken against the person who got it made in back date because he can not be present at two places at the same time or against the oath commissioner who did not bothered about the date and put his seal & signatures on a back dated affidavit.
