Visa - Chargsheet

Hi All,

Could you please help me with the suggestions for the below queries:

False 498a,324 cases are filed on my brother, father and me by my sister-in-law.

I suppose to travel UK in next July.  My name would be there in charge sheet as well.  

If I apply for UK visa is there any chance of rejecting it?

Also should I mention about this case in Visa?
