Sir/Madam,
In the recent LokSabha General Elections 2019 when The Model Code of Conduct was in force, a Haryana Government employee canvassed by sharing the posts of a particular political party demanding votes for that party through his facebook account. I have all the screenshots of his facebook account showing the dates and the times and demanding votes.Sir now, I want to take legal action against him through court as my complaints to the Election Commission of India did not yield much. I have 40 evidences(screenshots). Sir please guide me about the legal process in this matter.
