Violating Low in unconsecnce condition

My sister suffering from multiple peronality disorder. she had broken a small temple in fit in year 1997 and had gone to jail. We removed her on bail and did not do anything about it(without knowlegde)

2 days back an offer came to arrest her. We showed her medical certificate , he has given us 4 days timing to produce documents.

Please help us what to do how to proceed(We have all the proof of she suffing from this desease)

It appears that you got your sister released on bail in the year 1997, probably during the investigation of the case and the I.O. has submitted FINAL REPORT thereafter. You might have not recieved the SUMMONS issued at the first instance by the concerned Court and the Court has now issued WARRANT OF ARREST against your sister for appearance. So, don't worry. Please! contact your advocate who got your sister bailed out earlier and try to get her bailed out again. I think that it will not be a taugh task in getting her bailed out this time.After being satisfied regarding your sister's mental condition,the Court may postpone the trial till she becomes able to understand and make her defence.

its like this

a person suffering from multiple disorder(know schizophrenia )

Breaks small temple of hindu god sankar which is road side on village and went in jain. some how we got her out and did not follow up the case (we were nt aware in was carried forward since 1997)

Now one officer came to arrent her since we have not preseted her in court.

How to help her now.
