we received refund order from J.C. Appeal of maharashtra, and the file was forwarded to D.C. (Assessing officer) for refund process, the officer is saying that there is a notice from income tax in our matter for bogus purchase & a demad is raised for XXX amoutn, we replied that the same case is under high court and still not finalized, but the D.C is saying that in such matter we cant issue our refund
Sir, now what to do?
