Validity of notice

Hi All, A statutory notice is issued to more that one person for e.g. 4. Notice becomes invalid qua one of the noticee (e.g. death or any other reason)? will the notice will remain valid qua other 3 noticees? please provide case laws as well.

If there is death reason...then this will automatically dismissed.
