The term of the our managing committee had expired (5 years) and MC continued in office for another 1.5 years. After that they conducted elections. During this 1.5 years they called 2 General Body meetings and passed resolutions. Will these resolutions be held valid if I approach the co-op. court to challange it.
I have a flat in Mumbai. Socirty is a registered chs.

Strictly speaking the Committee is invalid after the expiry of their term unless re-elected as per the Society Act, rules and in line with the applicable Bye laws. Consequently decision taken by an invalid Committee shall also be invalid. However, a cooperative society is managed primarily on the concept of mutuality and as long as the Committee members have acted for the members and in the interest of members, the decision taken at General body meeting may still be considered binding.
