VRO false ground report

how to take action against VRO,If he gives false ground report.

He has given ,already converted layout land as agricultural land

You can complain to the Revenue authorities, but it will not yield any result.If you intend to take severe action agaisnt any loss occured to you you can file civil suit.

No.  first you have to complain to the RDO/SDO concerned with full details by RP or through RTI.
