Kindly refer to the attachment in light of the working conditions on the professional front of the Advocates and the problems faced by them in the day to day discharge of professional working environment which includes Education, Learning the nitty gritty, Establishing one on professional front etc. Last but not the least the role of the Bar Council and Bar Association also needs introspection by the Legal Fraternity.
