Urgent help regarding land

1. There One Land Belongs to One Muslim Owner administering 10 Acres and he died in 1983 and he is Pattedar of that land.

2. When he died 1983 his Neighbors Brought one Muslim person of his name and made registration Sale Deed, In Sale Deed Both Fake Person and Neighbors names are in records of "Sale Deed"

3. When Survey Department Surveying the Said Land Then the Real Owner's Legal Hiers have came to know and File objection then the said Legal Hiers have gave notics to "Purchaser" of said land.

4. Then the purchaser taken the injunction order from the munsif court and he cannot able to prove the real documents of said land.

5. Then Real Owner's Legal Hiers have proved thier real Documents in the Munsif Court then judge rejected the Purchaser's Injunction order.

6. Then the Purchaser move to sinor judge and Petition was allowed, then after purchaser sold that land to third party

7. In That sale Deed the Name of father was wrong and in patta the real owner name in still their.

but the petition was Still pending in court

Please Please Help me how can LR's Get their property.

These errors can be rectified through the execution of a supplementary document called rectification deed. Rectification deed is a document executed between parties to correct a mistake in the principal deed.

But That was the Purchaser who purchased that land from fake name (Muslim person) and neighbors he sold to another party

The Real owner who's father name was in patta how can their get father's land ?

6. Then the Purchaser move to sinor judge and Petition was allowed, then after purchaser sold that land to third party.

when the matter is in the court ,purchaser cannot sale the property to 3rd party.the sale is invalid.u have to show to the court that pending order sale has been made.u have to make such 3rd party ,party to the suit.

 

have u filed criminal case against fake person n Neighbors.if not then file criminal case/police case.
