My name is syed hussain, sunni muslim , I got married Feb-2014, past 20Months both seperated inbetween last oct 2016 i sent 3mediator to her home and discuss with her side mediator she was refued to bome back , after that 2times mediator reconciliation meeting held all meeting result got failed. so i sent legal notice on 10th dec,2016 through lawyer first notice mentioned -come with 10days , she doesn't reply my notice then 2nd i sent talaq notice on 26th dec,2016 - she doesn't reply my 2nd notice finally 2nd jan,2017 executed Talaq Nama with 2 Witnessess alonth with Notary sent through Registered post , she accepted my registered post. but she didn't return acceptance of deed. my question is whether my talaq procedre finished ? can i get second marriage?
