Urgent - Second wife entitled to compassionate appointment

Recently there has been a judgement entitling second wife to compassionate appointment in government jobs. Can anyone please forward me the judgement for the same.

there is an hurdle before going to the matter as the right for getting compasionnate appointment is purely the descretion of the organisation first you move a suit added the organisation as a party there after it is open to u to adopt procedural laws for your convinence.
