Unregistered partnership firm

sir i have an query can third party sue an unregistered partnership firm.on the basis of contract signed by all partners. in that agreement name of partners are not there and the name of partnership firm is in acronyms and no address of place of business is mentioned .neither name and address of a partners are missing in agreement. only initial of all a the partners are there in all pages of agreement. sir please guide me thank you.
