I am the owner of 2 flats in the same building and both the flats are powered by Reliance Energy.
I stay in one flat and have given the other flat on Leave & License.
The Licensee is not paying his electricity bills, in fact he has defaulted for 2 months now.
What steps will Reliance Energy take to recover this unpaid amount?
Will they disconnect the power to the concerned apartment?
Will they transfer the unpaid amount to my personal bill or disconnect the power to both the flats?
