In between some relationships, one party may be in a position to influence the other party to enter into a contract wielding influence and bring pressure, though that party is not willing.  Ex Master forcing servant, teacher pressurising student, Husband influencing wife etc.Please search in google for more detailed explanation with a case study.

undue influence ,which is induced by a undue influence, where the relationship are such that one of the parties is a position to dominate the will of the other and obtain an unfair advantage over the other
