We were accused in a criminal case 6 years ago and were arrested. We applied for bail with a total of Rs 90,000/- from Nampally Hyderabad court. 2 years ago we won the case and were acquitted. But we couldn't withdraw the bail amount because we couldn't bring together everyone who gave us bail to appear before the court to withdraw hte bail amount.
By the time we were able to bring everyone together, our lawyer was busy and did not turn up. For the past 1 year, we are unable to get that money because our lawyer is too busy and doesn't have the time to even have a proper phone conversation.
Now we don't know what to do because the lawyer is not responding to our phone calls at all. Is there a way for us to get our bail money without our lawyer's help? We do not have any documents and papers with respect to the case. All of documents have been submitted to the lawyer and he is not responding.
