Unable to register as attorney for trademark filling

Hi,

I am unable to register myself as Attorney on https://ipindiaonline.gov.in/etmr

Every time I tried to create user, web site does not respond. I have also send email to help-desk but could not receive any response. However I have received my Attorney code but not yet registered to have e-filling capability.

Please let me know if I can complete the procedure by any other means or other alternative to register as attorney.
