iI have a query related to Sale Aggreement Registration , last year 2014 i bought a flat at Mira road, irts around 16 yrs old building first agreement between Builder & First Buyer is not Registered while Second one is Registered , my agreement also registered ,
My question is that what may be consequences , as my First Agreement not registered in future, can i registerd the same , apart me more flat in my complex is not registered , while asking many flat owner to builder (which is renowned builder ) , he reply i do not have time ,
please suggest me & Guide me how i can solve & overcome with this problem. i am ready to pay registration charges to Maharstra Govt.
please suggest me , what i will do.
