Hello,
I had registered the construction agreement, for a property purchased in Coimbatore, under my mothers name. The property is still under construction and is slated to complete in Sep'2017. I have paid for the property. The builder has now started UDS registration and I would like to register the UDS (Sale Deed) under my spouse's name. Is it possible to have different names in construction agreement (registered) and Sale Deed?
