I have a courtcase against my Uncle (My mothers brother) I am trying to evict them from the property.
He has no Percipsion right to stay on my mothers property. However one time he was owner of the property. And according to him he Pawned it to a loanshark . When the agreement had experied still my uncle did not had come up with money to pay for the Pawning. The pawner sold the property to my mother.
Now in the case if my uncle and his lawyer will say to Court that he had pawned this property and he was not aware of that Loanshark has sold it to my mother. Would he have a case against us in the courts ?
