Tribunals for cheque bounce cases

there is no fun in establishing new tribunals.

like under rent act there is  no privision for court (in most of the states) but that of tribunals but actually the ordinary courts ve been burdened....similar is the position with Motor Vehicle Act.

even if some fast track court is established, it is generally handed over to a retired judge.

Many of these cases can be settled by referring it to Lok Adalat. In Chennai, many cases are getting settled in Lok Adalats held for these cases. Other States can follow this.

a major chunk of the 138 cases are filed by Banks and financial institutions ........ which are ultimately setttled between themselves .... but only after consuming valuable time of the courts ....... their cases vests on the cheques usually issued to them as instalments of various loans ..... If they are given special courts/tribunal as per jurisdictions ......  then may the  ordinary courts will not be burdened so much ..... just a thought ...... I could be wrong also .....

E filing of the 138 cases would relive the backlogs the High courts should formulate the complaint in .doc or .odt format and make them available to the public , any one who wishes to file complaint should fill the names and other data. So the courstaff is not burnded to go through the entire complaint, the complaint may be taken on file immediately, regarind the trial also the High court should suitably review the diposal norms for the judicial officers concerned. I understand for the sake showing better statistics this summary cases has been converted into to fullfledged trail contrary to the spirit behind the enactment, further webcam examination of the witness and establishment of 24/7 basis court system would remove this anomaly
