Dear experts,

What is legal explanation of the following stages of 498a trial:-

1. The trial is at tinitial stage.( does it denote that charges have not yet been framed)

2. The trial has started in the case.(does this denote that prosecution evidence has started)

Trial at initital stage means issue of summon to party .

Trial started means not only production of evidence but also verification & confirmation by party and court.
