Transfer of share of chs

Can somebody quote the judgement which says that the registrar o co-op. societies cannot force the Society to transfer share certificate if the societ feels there's something amiss. Darius Engineer

You can google search and also file RTI Application to another co-society in the state asking for such copy of order/norm/notification that empowers the Registrar to direct Society to transfer share certificate inspite of lacunas in such documents and when society management refused to entertain such transfer.

If there is something missing or if some legal obligations are not observed then Registrar has no legal right to order the society to transfer the share certificate.
