The succession and inheritance as per pesonal applicable to the deceased owner e.g; Hindu Succession Laws.

If deceased owner was Hindu and property was self acquired/absoloute : Husband, sons and daughters are legal heirs.
Death certificate,legal heir certificate..............are the requisites in such case and to be submitted to concerend authority under whose jurisdiction property falls.
