Your fatther can exeucte the regd., rights relinquish deed in your name to avoid the unnecessarylegal complications. He can also give a vardi to the concerned to revenue authroities to enter your name only to the property, but it is not safe one, so it is better to get regd., document,either it may be gift or rights relinquish deed.
