Transfer of land from mother, sister to son

Hello Sir , 

I have land on my mothers & sisters name . I want to transfer it to me. Is there any charges like stamp duty , registration for transferring  ?. I am staying in maharashtra

Settlement Deed is suitable- you just verify the Mahastra State Registration Charges

Sir, Contact your nearest sub registrar office with settlement deed drafted your mother and your sister to proceed with witness. Stamp duty Registration fees and user charges as per your state prescribed have to be levied though it is not free. It will not be so much as Sale deed. Details of rates can be obtained from Sub Registrar Office of your jurisdiction.
